Moroccan Cooking Class
Learn to cook the dishes you tasted in the riads: the cooking class starts at the medina spice market, where you pick ingredients with the chef, then in a traditional riad you prepare tagine, couscous, Moroccan salads and bread baked in a wood-fired oven. And finally: lunch (or dinner) with what you cooked.
Hands-on class of about 4 hours, suitable for all levels, in small groups or private version. Recipe book included, so you can recreate everything at home.
